This privacy policy explains how the Department of Agriculture uses information about you, in order to process your application.

We collect the following information from you directly:
- applicant type
- legal entity name, representative details and registered office address, where applicable
- beekeeper registration number
- landline number, if provided
- year or years the certificate should cover
- purpose of the certificate
- acceptance of the declaration
We collect the following information about you from CY Login:
- CY Login user name
- email address
- ID or ARC number
We use the following information about you from the Civil Registry, through the Update My Personal Details service:
- full name
- email address
- mobile phone number
- mailing address
Why we use your information
We collect and use this information to process your application.
Without access to this information, we cannot process your application.
How your personal information is stored
Your information is stored securely on servers based in Cyprus.

- get a copy of the information held about you
- restrict the processing of your data
- correct or update your personal information
- object to the processing of your personal information
- have your information transferred to another organisation or to you.
